Leadership Starts With Being Human.
My career began in technology and financial services, working in global organisations where expectations were high, change was constant and performance mattered. But what stayed with me most were the people.
I saw talented individuals navigating pressure, uncertainty and career challenges, often feeling they had to find their way alone. What began as informal conversations grew into mentoring relationships, and helping others find clarity, confidence and their own way forward became the most meaningful part of my work.
Over time, one belief became clear: sustainable performance begins with people. The most effective leaders aren’t those with all the answers, but those who understand themselves, remain grounded under pressure and create the conditions for others to thrive.
Inspired by this belief, I founded Infinituum Consulting in 2020 to support leaders, teams and organisations in creating meaningful, lasting change.
My Approach
Grounded in humanistic psychology, my approach is built on a simple belief: people are inherently resourceful, capable of growth and more than the roles they perform.
I bring together psychology, neuroscience, human connection and purpose to create space for reflection, honest conversations and meaningful challenge. I work with the whole person, recognising that how we think, feel and relate shapes how we lead.
At the heart of my work is helping people move from being human doings back to human beings — reconnecting with themselves, leading with greater awareness and integrity, and finding success without losing what matters most.
Because true leadership isn’t about doing more. It’s about leading with humanity, purpose and the courage to create lasting change.

Beyond work
My family and children keep me grounded and connected to what matters most. Outside work, I find inspiration in travel, long walks and exploring new places and perspectives.
My approach to life and my profession is guided by a range of spiritual philosophies and practices, drawing inspiration from Hindu traditions, the Buddhist way of life and the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai. Together, they shape my belief in the power of inner transformation, living with intention and finding meaning and purpose in all that we do.
I believe in ambition with balance, pursuing success without compromising our wellbeing, relationships or sense of self. Meditation, yoga and time in nature help me maintain that balance.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: everyone has the potential to grow, transform and create a fulfilling life on their own terms.
